Dr. Madhurima Saha is a highly skilled Critical Care Medicine specialist with extensive experience in managing critically ill patients and complex medical emergencies. Currently serving as a Consultant in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at MH Samorita Hospital & Medical College, she brings over a decade of expertise in evidence-based critical care management, advanced life support and multidisciplinary ICU coordination.
Dr. Saha is an Assistant Professor of Department of Critical Care Medicine in BIRDEM General Hospital. She has played a pivotal role in managing patients with sepsis, respiratory failure and multi-organ dysfunction and is adept in mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring and advanced resuscitative care.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Saha is an active academician and medical educator. She has been involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students at Ibrahim Medical College, BIRDEM Academy, Ibrahim Dental College and Ibrahim Nursing College, alongside bedside teaching and clinical supervision of trainee doctors.
Her contributions to medical research are reflected in numerous national and international publications focusing on sepsis, ventilator-associated pneumonia and critical illness outcomes. Dr. Saha has also presented at multiple conferences and served as a trainer in workshops on ICU practices, electrolyte management, and advanced critical care procedures.
