Visitor Guidelines

• Limited Visitors: To reduce noise and infection risk, patients are allowed no more than two visitors at a time.
• Silence and Respect: Keep conversations and activities in the hallways brief and quiet. Maintaining silence outside patient rooms is crucial for the comfort and rest of patients and their families.
• Restricted Items:
  • Visitors are not allowed to bring flowers (due to allergy and infection control reasons).
  • Visitors and attendants are not allowed to bring personal electronic gadgets such as DVDs, music systems, etc. (Common or cable TV connections are provided in all patient and public areas).

Conduct and Hygiene

• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly not permitted in hospital buildings, entrance ways, balconies, and courtyards, except within the officially designated "Smoking Area," located in the back yard of the hospital premises.
• No Alcohol Consumption: The hospital policy strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol anywhere within the hospital premises.
• Photography Restriction: Patients and visitors are requested not to take photographs inside the hospital. Only parents of newborns are exempted, solely for photographing the newborns.

Gratuitous Policy

Our hospital employees have been instructed not to accept any tips or gratuity from patients or visitors. As a dedicated service organization, we are committed to extending every courtesy to you as part of our duty.

Hospital Amenities for Visitors

• Essential Services: 24/7 Pharmacy, ATM booth, and hygienic wash rooms.
• Food and Refreshment: Food Village (restaurant) and various food/coffee stalls.
• Comfort and Safety: Water dispensers, comfortable waiting areas with television, brochure/newspaper stands, and professional security services.
