MH Samorita Hospital provides 24-hour, comprehensive nursing care tailored to each patient's assessed medical needs. To ensure the highest quality of service, our nursing personnel are selected based on merit and receive rigorous preparation through education and Hands-on Training. All nurses are thoroughly oriented with our clinical services to meet the organizational goal of providing humanitarian care.
One attendant is permitted to stay with the patient in the room/cabin after visiting hours (10:30 am–11:30 am and 5:00 pm–7:00 pm). The attendant must carry the Attendant Pass issued during the patient's admission.
Retention Policy: Generally, the attendant should vacate the room/ward when the patient is shifted to SCU, HDU, or ICU. However, the attendant may retain the room, subject to availability, but in this case, the patient will be charged for double occupancy (bed charge + critical care unit charges).
