Dr. Nusrat Jahan is a dedicated and compassionate physician currently serving as an Indoor Medical Officer (IMO) at MH Samorita Hospital & Medical College. She plays an essential role in inpatient management, focusing on continuous patient monitoring, coordinating care with specialists and ensuring seamless continuity of treatment for a diverse patient population.
During her training, she gained proficiency in a variety of essential clinical skills, including conducting patient interviews, documenting medical histories, managing patient admissions and treatment during extended shifts and providing post-operative care. She has also actively contributed to public health by volunteering at Upazila Health Complexes and participating in free medical camps in rural areas.
Further demonstrating her academic and research interest, Dr. Nusrat Jahan has conducted research on disease patterns in under-5 children and has participated in multiple scientific seminars and conferences on topics like maternal nutrition and dengue fever.
