Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shah Md. Samsul Hoque is an accomplished Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon currently serving in the Department of Orthopaedics at MH Samorita Hospital & Medical College. With extensive expertise in Musculoskeletal Trauma, Arthroscopy, Arthroplasty and Advanced Spine Surgery, he is widely recognized for his clinical precision and patient-centered care.
Dr. Hoque completed his MBBS from Rangpur Medical College and later obtained his MS in Orthopaedic Surgery from the Bangladesh Medical University (BMU). He further enhanced his specialization through a one-year advanced fellowship in Spine Surgery at BMU, Dhaka. His professional journey includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Nightingale Medical College Hospital before joining MH Samorita Hospital & Medical College, where he has been working since 2016 and is currently serving as an Associate Professor.
He is proficient in managing a broad spectrum of spine conditions, including Spine Trauma, Degenerative Spinal Diseases, Tumors, Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Congenital Deformities, Pott’s Disease, Spondylolisthesis, Spondylolysis and Complex Extremity Surgeries. His expertise also extends to Joint Replacement and Reconstructive Orthopaedic Procedures.
